I had planned a totally different subject to write about this issue but then this tragedy happened, More will come about on this as this is in print as I am writing this merely a few days after the event as I was coming up to print deadline. Me and Lincoln were devastated by Charlie getting shot to death BUT NOT SHOCKED. This was inevitable with all the Loud Crazy and Insane Rhetoric coming from the Progressive Left in this country. You can’t go around and preach terms like Nazi, Racist, Fascist, Bigot, White Supremacy, and A Threat To Democracy for Ten Years and not think that uneducated idiots are believing it and eventually will take extreme action. Unfortunately we believe you will see more of this extreme action.
First, Let’s talk about Charlie Kirk. He was an innovator and true believer in Conservatism as I am, He was true to his faith in Jesus Christ everyday and lived his life that way. He believed in the Constitution, We The People, Small Government, The Right To Life, and Entrepreneurial Capitalism. He finished high school and started to venture to college realizing that the entire school system in this country had been taken over by indoctrination of liberal ideas brought forth by the teachers unions, leftist billionaire’s, and the Chinese Communist Party. This has propagated since the 1960’s. He was 18 years old and decided to fight this with his own organization and founded SAS, Student Action Summit which turned into Turning Point USA, and then grew and expanded to Turning Point Action and Turning Point PAC.
He was all about open dialogue and open free speech to voice your concerns and be heard. Heck he named his tour “Prove Me Wrong.” He enabled young people to open debate and to speak their mind and hopefully learn from it. The Left is accusing him of “Hate Speach” which is the opposite of the truth and happy to see Matthew Doud of MSNBC getting fired for those lying facts he stated. Charlie always encouraged those that disagreed with him to “step up to the front of the line” to ask questions and debate. He built this organization to over 3500 chapters in high schools and colleges around the country. He was a key person to bring and show conservatism to younger people that were usually not involved in politics. After all, these are the people that will have to run this country soon enough. We need them involved, we have to eliminate all the 70, 80, and 90 year olds in Washington, DC. Charlie Kirk has done a good job to start to do this.
This was undoubtedly a “Political Assassination,” of
which we have not seen since the assassination of John F Kennedy on November 22, 1963. Charlie Kirk and TPUSA had a theme of “We want a maximum tolerance of points of view, Zero tolerance of violence.” Charlie’s voice was not an existential threat, But he faced one. I won’t go into all the details on this but you can search it
out and look it up, Charlie Kirk was 18 when he met
Rush Limbaugh on the golf course in the middle of
one of Rush’s outing’s, which turned into a 20 minute
conversation on the golf course. Rush was so impressed with this young man and went on to speak about it on one of his radio shows where he said that one day “this man may be President of the United States,” Look it up yourself and listen, It will be the podcast of January 11th, 2018. Charlie came through Texas a few short years back where he had a remarkable event at Ridin The River Cowboy Fellowship just outside of Bandera, Tx and we covered that in our magazine. “A Hill Country Evening With Charlie Kirk,” You can download the entire article on our website, June/July 2021. Congressman Chip Roy was also in attendence. A few of Kirk’s quotes from that evening at age 27 were:
“I am not going to sit by idly while we lose this gift we have been given” and, “The future of the country has yet to be determined,” warned Kirk, “It requires action by the people that love their country.”
Democrat’s say “we’re at war,” that can’t go on. Just
listen to the rhetoric from Maxine Watters, Chuck Schumer, and the Texas embarrassment Jasmine Crockett, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren and others, Not to mention “The Squad,” AOC, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar and Ayanna Pressley, They all need to be DEPORTED, Or at least sanctioned and thown out of Congress for their UnAmerican and Traitorous speach and idea’s. The Only Democrat that has any common sense is surprisingly John Fetterman.
They killed Charlie Kirk for asking questions, What
does that mean? We need the ability to have a Free
Exchange of Ideas otherwise we are a Communist
Nation.
